These terms govern your use of prangano.com. By browsing this site or sending us a message through it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What these terms cover

This page covers the website only. It is not a services agreement.

If we work together on a project, that work is governed entirely by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement signed by both of us. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement, varies it, or creates any obligation for us to provide services to you. Where this page and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Who may use this site

This site is intended for businesses and for people acting on behalf of a business. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you are using the site for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Acceptable use

You may read this site, and you may share links to it. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
• Probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the normal operation of the site.
• Use automated systems to scrape, harvest or republish the content in bulk.
• Submit the contact form for advertising, recruitment, link building, or any other unsolicited commercial purpose.
• Use the site or anything on it to build a competing product or service offering.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.

We may block access to the site, without notice, to anyone who does any of the above.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, everything on this site is owned by Prangano or used with permission. That includes the text, design, layout, code, graphics and the Prangano name and logo. All rights are reserved.

You may quote short extracts for commentary or reference if you credit us and link to the source. Anything beyond that, including republishing an article in full, needs our written permission first.

Client names and logos

Client names, logos and trademarks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners. They appear to identify work we have carried out and do not imply that those owners endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with Prangano beyond that work.

Case studies

Case studies describe work we have delivered for specific clients under specific conditions. Any figures shown are the results achieved in that engagement. They are illustrative, not a forecast, and they are not a promise of what any future project would achieve.

What you send us

Please read this section before using the contact form.

Do not send confidential information through this website. Anything you submit through the contact form is received on a non-confidential basis. We have no confidentiality obligation to you until a non-disclosure or services agreement is signed, and we cannot treat unsolicited material as secret.

This matters in both directions. We work across many projects, and some of them will inevitably resemble ideas that other people have also had. If you send us an unsolicited concept, proposal or specification, you agree that we are free to develop similar work for ourselves or for others, and that we owe you nothing for doing so. Nothing in this paragraph affects work covered by a signed agreement between us.

You confirm that whatever you send is yours to send, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Prangano against any claim, loss or cost arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we do not give up the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding this website.
